A clean, meaty snack to satisfy your savoury cravings. Each bar starts off as 80g of organic grass-fed beef brisket and topside, we just take out the water weight. We slow dry the bars to create a delicious, tender and easy to eat snack that's packed full of flavour and nutrients.

Made using a traditional biltong recipe with a modern twist for a mild salt and vinegar taste. We use coconut aminos instead of soy, and add flavour with vinegar, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and nut meg. We also add a touch of dried cranberry for a little sweetness and fibre.
